摘要
常年工作生活两地奔波的"候鸟型"乡村教师逐渐与乡村社会脱嵌,成为在乡村教书的局外人。不仅自身陷入城乡社会生活双重阻隔的尴尬,更令乡村社会遭受高水平教师不愿留和留守教师质量低的阵痛。嵌入乡村社会生活,是扭转其"逃离"心理、缓解乡村振兴战略深化实施过程中人才紧缺困境的基本路径。为此,一要以专项经费政策缓释城乡场域落差、吸引"候鸟型"教师向乡村回流,二要提振乡村文化水平、增强乡村社会的文化内聚功能,三要培养"候鸟型"教师乡土情怀、增强其对乡土文化的认同感。
Migratory rural teachers commuting between remote countryside and urban residence gradually become estranged from rural society. As an outsider, despite teaching in countryside, rural teachers are trapped in great embarrassment due to the rural-urban socal life barriers. As a result, rural society is suffering the lack of high-qualified rural teachers and the incompetence of the teaching staff in rual schools. Facing this phenomenon, embedding rural teachers in rural social life is the basic approach to reversing thier "try-to-flee" minds and then alleviating the talents shortage in the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy. Therefore, it is suggested to attract migrant teachers to return to the countryside by narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas with special funding policies, to boost the rural culture and strengthen the cultural cohesive force of rural society, and to cultivate migratory rural teachers affection and identification of rural culture.
