摘要
目的:研究在解脲脲原体(UU)检测中实时荧光核酸恒温扩增技术(SAT)和液体培养法的诊断价值。方法:收集141例2018年6月~2019年6月间前来某院就诊的疑似解脲脲原体感染的患者为研究对象,所有患者均采集2份拭子样本,其中1份拭子样本进行SAT检测,1分拭子样本进行液体培养,比较两种检测结果。结果:SAT法检测阳性率低于液体培养法(P<0.05);SAT法检测灵敏度高于液体培养法(P<0.05),特异度高于液体培养法(P<0.05)。结论:解脲脲原体(UU)检测中SAT法比液体培养法灵敏度和特异度高,而且低污染、时间短、样本采集方便、反应稳定,检测结果更加准确。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of real-time fluorescent nucleic acid amplification(SAT)and liquid culture in the detection of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU).Methods:A total of 141 patients with suspected ureaplasma urealyzae infection who came to a hospital between June 2018 and June 2019 were collected as study subjects.Two swab samples were collected from all patients,including 1 swab sample for SAT test and 1 swab sample for liquid culture.The two test results were compared.Results:The positive rate of SAT was lower than that of liquid culture(P<0.05).The sensitivity of SAT method was higher than that of liquid culture method(P<0.05),and the specificity was higher than that of liquid culture method(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the detection of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),the SAT method has higher sensitivity and specificity than the liquid culture method,with low pollution,short time,convenient sample collection,stable reaction,and more accurate detection results.
