摘要
干部作风问题关乎人心向背、关乎党的生死存亡。农村基层干部作为实施乡村振兴战略的中坚力量,其作风是否过硬,直接关系到党中央决策部署在农村的贯彻执行和乡村振兴战略的实施成效。当前,农村基层干部作风建设仍然存在理想信念不坚定、对理论学习不够重视、服务意识不强、担当精神不足等薄弱环节和亟待解决的问题,深化干部作风建设必须努力把扶贫领域干部的优良作风继承下来,发扬下去,筑牢思想作风、树立良好学风、严实工作作风、锤炼领导作风,为乡村全面振兴提供坚强作风保证。
The issue of cadres’work style is related to the support of the people and the life and the death of the Party.As the backbone of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,whether the rural grassroots cadres have a strong style is directly related to the implementation of the Party Central Committee’s decision and deployment in the countryside as well as the effectiveness of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.At present,there are still vulnerable spots and urgent problems waiting to be solved in the work style construction of rural grassroots cadres,such as lack of firm ideals and beliefs,short of emphasis on theoretical study,inadequate service awareness,and absence of a strong sense of responsibility.To deepen the construction of cadre work style,we should strive to inherit and carry forward the fine work style of cadres in the field of poverty alleviation,build a firm ideological style,establish a good and strict style of study,and train a tempered leadership style to provide a strong style guarantee for the overall revitalization of the countryside.
