摘要
在高职院校辅导员专业化发展过程中,要准确进行自身角色定位,才能强化自身综合素养,为队伍的专业化发展提供助力。基于此,该文从学生思想引导、职业指导等多个角度对高职院校辅导员专业化发展中的角色定位问题展开了分析,然后对辅导员专业素质构成进行了解析,希望能够推动辅导员政治、道德、职业等各种素质的提升,促进高职院校教育质量的提高。
In the process of professional development of higher vocational college counselors,we need to accurately position their own role,so as to strengthen their comprehensive quality and provide assistance for the professional development of the team.Based on this,this paper analyzes the role orientation of counselors in the professional development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of students’ideological guidance and career guidance,and then analyzes the composition of counselors’professional quality,hoping to promote the improvement of counselors’political,moral,professional and other qualities,and promote the improvement of higher vocational college education quality.
