摘要
警犬在侦查作战中具有重要的作用,自1988年公安部体制调整以来,我国警犬技术一直稳健发展,勘察鉴定能力、技术装备实力都在稳健提高。而在新时期环境下,随着高智能、高科技犯罪案件不断增多,对警犬培训人员素质能力提出了更高的要求,该文结合自身的实践工作经验体会,对如何提升警犬培训人员素质做出相关研究。
Police dog plays an important role in the investigation and operation.Since the system adjustment of the Ministry of Public Security in 1988,the technology of police dog has been developing steadily,and the ability of investigation and identification and the strength of technical equipment have been steadily improving.In the new era,with the increase of high intelligence and high-tech crime cases,the quality and ability of police dog trainers are put forward higher requirements.In this paper,the author combines his own practical work experience and makes relevant research on how to improve the quality of police dog trainers.
