摘要
针对低硫金精矿和焙烧金精矿性质,采用硫氰酸盐法浸金,考察了硫氰酸钠浓度、浸出时间、二氧化锰添加量、甘氨酸添加量等对金浸出率的影响,获得了最佳浸金条件,并与氰化法进行了对比分析。结果表明:在浸出时间48 h、pH值1、液固比2∶1、二氧化锰添加量1 g/kg、甘氨酸添加量1 g/kg的最佳条件下,当硫氰酸钠浓度为1.0 mol/L时,低硫金精矿金品位从47.22 g/t降到9.11 g/t,金浸出率为80.7%,其金浸出率和浸金速率均小于氰化法;当硫氰酸钠浓度为0.6 mol/L时,焙烧金精矿金品位从51.90 g/t降到1.50 g/t,金浸出率为97.1%,其金浸出率和浸金速率都接近于氰化法;硫氰酸盐法更适用于焙烧金精矿浸出。
Based on the properties of low-sulfur gold concentrates and roasting gold concentrates,the thiocyanate method is used for gold leaching.The effects of sodium thiocyanate concentration,leaching time,manganese dioxide content,glycine content on the gold leaching rate were investigated.By those means,the optimal gold leaching conditions are obtained and compared with cyanide leaching method.The results showed that under the optimal conditions:leaching time 48 h,pH 1,liquid-solid ratio 2∶1,manganese dioxide dosage 1 g/kg,glycine dosage 1 g/kg,when the sodium thiocyanate concentration is 1.0 mol/L,the gold grade in the low-sulfur gold concentrate decreased from 47.22 g/t to 9.11 g/t,and the gold leaching rate was 80.7%,both the gold leaching rate and the leaching speed were lower than that of cyanide leaching method.When the concentration of sodium thiocyanate was 0.6 mol/L,the gold grade in the roasting gold concentrate decreased from 51.90 g/t to 1.50 g/t,and the gold leaching rate was 97.1%.The gold leaching rate and leaching speed were close to that of cyanide leaching method.The thiocyanate method is more applicable to the leaching of roasting gold concentrates.
