中国武术在秘鲁传播的现状解读与PEST分析

摘要 中国武术在世界各国的传播有着悠久的历史,但由于地理、文化以及多种复杂因素的影响和制约,南美洲国家还是一片有待开发的武术沃土。采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法和PEST分析等研究方法,对中国武术在秘鲁传播的历史与现状、传播的途径与方法以及当前发展中的相关影响因素进行了研究。认为:武术在秘鲁的早期传播主要依靠移民来进行,本土化武术传播人才对武术在秘鲁及南美洲的发展作用显著;传播的途径主要依靠影视媒介传播、专业组织传播和赛事传播;无论在武术文化还是技术水平上,中国武术在秘鲁的传播发展仍然具有较大的提升空间;影响武术在秘鲁传播的主要因素包括政府重视程度不够、投入资金匮乏、武术专业机构作用发挥尚待整合以及缺乏专业的武术师资等,并提出了推动中国武术在秘鲁传播的思考与建议。 The spread of Chinese Wushu in the world have a long history,but due to the influence and constrains of geography,culture and various complicated factors,South American countries are still a fertile land for Wushu to be developed.This paper use the methods of literature,field survey,expert interview and PEST analysis to study the history and current situation of Chinese Wushu in Peru,the ways and methods of communication,and related influencing factors in current development.It is believed that the early spread of Wushu in Peru mainly relies on immigrants.Localized Wushu communication talents have a significant role in the development of Wushu in Peru and South America;the channels of communication mainly rely on film and television media communication,professional organization and event communication;At the cultural or technical level,the development of Chinese Wushu in Peru still has a lot of room for improvement;the main factors affecting the spread of Wushu in Peru include insufficient government attention,lack of investment funds,the role of Wushu professional institutions to be integrated,and lack of professional Wushu teachers and so on.And put forward some thoughts and suggestion to promote the spread of Chinese Wushu in Peru.
