摘要
分析我国老年护理领域研究热点的演变与未来趋势,为老年护理研究提供参考。基于文献可视化分析软件CiteSpace,从发文量、机构、作者、关键词方面对中国知网CNKI数据库1992至2019年收录的2 228篇与老年护理相关的文献进行分析。结果显示老年护理方向发文量呈递增趋势;在机构、作者上缺乏代表性和影响力,合作不密切;研究热点经历了从以病人为中心到疾病护理方法再到养老服务研究的演变;未来研究热点为长期护理保险制度、失能老年人、医养结合和社会支持。老年护理研究还存在着广阔的发展前景,长期照护、养老方面的研究将在未来一段时间受到持续关注。
This paper provides information for future research in the field of geriatric nursing by analyzing the research hotspots evolution and future trend.In the present study, we collected 2 228 articles reported previously related to geriatric nursing from 1992 to 2019,and analyzed the subject of publication volume, institution, author and keywords in these studies by a rich literature visualization analysis using CiteSpace software.A growing number of articles associated with geriatric nursing were published in the past decades.The research hotspots have undergone the evolution from patient-centered to disease nursing methods and then to elderly care research.Future research focuses on the combination of medical care, social support, the disabled elderly and long-term care insurance system.Here is still a broad space for development.Researches that concern about long-term care and pension will continue to receive attention for a period of time in the future.
