摘要
为了解高校护理本科生老年护理核心素养现状,采用老年护理核心素养评价量表调查护理本科生338名,结果显示老年护理核心素养总分为121.44±20.92;大三年级得分高于大一、大二、大四年级(P<0.05)。不同生源地、是否照顾过老人、与老人关系是否融洽的学生得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接受老年护理教育、参加老年志愿活动、认可老年护理事业、愿意从事老年护理的护理本科生得分更高(P<0.05)。护理本科生老年护理核心素养中等,对养老教育需求强烈,应完善相应教育体系。
To understand the current situation of the core literacy of geriatric nursing of nursing undergraduates,the geriatric nursing core literacy evaluation scale was used to investigate 338 nursing undergraduates.The results showed that the total score of geriatric nursing core literacy of nursing students was 121.44±20.923.Junior nursing students'scores were higher than freshman,sophomore and senior scores(P<0.05).The scores of nursing students with different places of origin,whether they had taken care of the elderly or not,and the relationship with the elderly were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing students who had received geriatric nursing education,participated in geriatric volunteer activities,recognized geriatric nursing undertakings,and were willing to engage in geriatric nursing had higher scores(P<0.05).Whether the nursing students had received geriatric nursing education and whether they were willing to engage in geriatric nursing had an impact on the core quality of geriatric nursing.Nursing undergraduates had a medium level of core literacy in geriatric nursing and a strong demand for geriatric nursing education.Therefore,the geriatric nursing education system in colleges should be improved.
