Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Weidean capsule combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 66 patients with gastric ulcer were divided into conventional group and research group according to different treatment methods, with 33 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with lansoprazole capsule, and the research group was treated with lansoprazole and Weidean capsule. The therapeutic effect, occurrence of adverse reactions, and typical symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate 96.97%of the research group was higher than 78.79%of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.06%of the research group was lower than 27.27%of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the upper and middle abdominal pain score(0.45±0.01)points and acid reflux score(0.41±0.01)points of the research group were lower than(1.03±0.15)and(1.42±0.21)points of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Weidean capsule and lansoprazole has remarkable effect on patients with gastric ulcer, and it can effectively lower the incidence of adverse reactions, improve therapeutic effect, and improve clinical symptoms, which is worthy of promotion.
