摘要
为了对比焊接式连接方桩与弹卡式连接方桩存在接桩缺陷时的桩身完整性与承载力情况,文中通过对两种连接方式的桩进行低应变检测桩身完整性,后经静载荷试验、高应变检测验证桩身承载力,结果表明焊接式连接桩的缺陷比例较弹卡式连接桩高,且承载力损失也较大,对焊接式连接的多节预制桩,当接桩处存在缺陷时,整桩抗拔承载力折损最大可能达到60%。
In order to compare the integrity and bearing capacity of the welded-connected square piles and the elastic-snap-connected square piles when there is a pile connection defect, this paper conducts low-strain testing of the pile body integrity of the two connection methods. The static load test and high-strain test verify the bearing capacity of the pile body. The results show that the defect ratio of the welded connecting pile is higher than that of the elastic clamp connecting pile, and the bearing capacity loss is also larger. When there is a defect in the pile joint, the maximum loss of the entire pile’s pull-out bearing capacity may reach 60%.
