摘要
文章探索了用氢氧化钾溶液来提取山西风化煤、内蒙古褐煤、内蒙古泥炭中的腐植酸以制备成腐植酸钾的工艺,通过分析检测所制备腐植酸钾中水溶腐植酸、氧化钾含量以及产率等,评价腐植酸钾的品质,得出由褐煤制备的腐植酸钾产率最高,水溶性腐植酸和钾的含量也是最高,并且试剂的用量也经济适中;当原煤中腐植酸的含量在40%左右、总酸性基=2.0 meq/mol、羧基=0.5 meq/mol左右、以及pH=4.5时最有利于制备高产量及高含量钾的腐植酸钾。
This paper explores the process of extracting humic acid from Shanxi weathered coal,Inner Mongolia lignite and Inner Mongolia peat with potassium hydroxide solution to prepare potassium humate.By analyzing and detecting the content of water-soluble humic acid,potassium oxide and yield of the prepared potassium humate,the quality of potassium humate is evaluated,and it is concluded that the yield of potassium humate prepared from lignite is the highest,the contents of watersoluble humic acid and potassium are also the highest,and the dosage of reagent is also economical and moderate;when the content of humic acid in raw coal is about 40%,total acid group=2.0 meq/mol,carboxyl group=0.5 meq/mol,and pH=4.5,it is most conducive to the preparation of potassium humate with high yield and high content of potassium.
