摘要
图书馆是高校阅读推广的主要阵地,目前存在着读者参与度不高的局面。文章基于MOA(动机—机会—能力)理论对高校读者参与行为进行分析,围绕动机、机会、能力3个方面提出研究假设,并设计调查问卷进行数据收集,利用结构方程模型对假设进行验证,分析高校读者参与行为的影响因素。研究表明,兴趣动机、参与机会对参与行为的影响作用最大,阅读能力和活动参与能力是影响参与行为的重要因素。最后提出针对性建议,以期提高高校图书馆阅读推广能力。
Libraries are the main position for the reading promotion of colleges and universities.However,there is a situation of low readers'participation.Based on the MOA(motivation-opportunity-ability)theory,the article analyzes the participation behavior of universities readers,puts forward research hypotheses around motivation,opportunity and ability,and designs questionnaires for data collection,and uses structural equation models to verify the hypotheses and analyzes the influencing factors of universities readers'participation behavior.Research shows that interest motivation and participation opportunity have the greatest influence on participation behavior,and reading ability and activity participation ability are the important factors that affect participation behavior.Finally,targeted suggestions are put forward to improve the reading promotion ability of academic libraries.
