摘要
目的探究社区失能老人居家长期照护的康复需求。方法采用目的抽样法,选取12名社区居家失能老人进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi的七步分析法进行访谈资料整理和分析。结果通过分析访谈资料,提炼出社区失能老人居家长期照护康复需求的4个主题:生活照料需求、医疗保健需求、心理慰藉需求和支持性服务需求。结论社区失能老人长期照护康复需求层次多样,需要各方力量共同努力,建立医院-社区-家庭联合医疗模式,为失能老人提供长期优质的服务。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation needs of long-term care for disabled elderly in community.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 12 disabled elderly people in community, then the Colaizzi′s 7-step method was applied to analyze the interview data.Results Four themes emerged as the rehabilitation needs of long-term care for disabled elderly in community: living care needs, medical care needs, psychological comfort needs and supportive service needs.Conclusion The needs of long-term care and rehabilitation of disabled elderly in the community are diversified, which require the joint efforts of all parties to establish a hospital-community-family joint medical model to provide long-term and high-quality services for the disabled elderly.
