摘要
目的为了解决医院固定资产管理中遇到的问题,提高固定资产管理水平和利用效率,实现固定资产全生命周期管理的规范化、高效性和精细化闭环管理。方法将移动互联网技术、云计算和二维码等技术引入传统的固定资产管理系统及业务流程中。结果建立基于移动互联网技术的小程序固定资产全生命周期的管理手段,解决固定资产管理效率和准确度低问题,优化固定资产管理流程。结论应用移动互联网技术实现固定资产管理高效、准确和精细化管理,降低医院固定资产管理成本,提高资产管理的精准度,实现医院固定资产精准化闭环管理。
Objective To solve the problems encountered in hospital fixed asset management,improve the level of fixed asset management and utilization efficiency,and achieve standardization,high-efficiency and fine closed-loop management of the whole life cycle of fixed assets.Methods Introduce mobile internet technology,cloud computing and QR codes into traditional fixed asset management system and business process.Results A small program was established based on mobile Internet technology to manage the whole life cycle of fixed assets,which solved the problem of low efficiency and accuracy of fixed asset management,and optimized the fixed asset management process.Conclusion The application of mobile Internet technology realizes efficient,accurate and re⁃fined management of fixed assets,reduces the cost of hospital fixed asset management,improves the accuracy of as⁃set management and realizes precise closed-loop management of hospital fixed assets.
