雄安新区及其周边古潜山地热资源开发利用前景 被引量:22

Development and utilization prospect of the geothermal resources in the buried hills of the Xiong'an New Area and its periphery

摘要 雄安新区及其周边地区分布着众多古潜山,具有得天独厚的地热资源潜力,4000 m以浅地热资源量为378.3×10^(9) GJ。为实现地热资源科学、规模化开发,在系统分析该区古潜山地热资源特征的基础上,根据地热资源开发利用现状及形成的优势技术,结合国家有关政策,研究了该区古潜山地热资源的开发利用前景,提出了地热产业快速规模化发展建议。研究结果表明:①雄安新区及其周边地下古潜山分布密集,热储物性好、温度高,地热水资源量丰富,主要古潜山的地热水资源量达526×10^(8) m^(3),可动用的地热水资源量达366.1×10^(8) m^(3);②该区相继完成了集输伴热、民用供暖、地热发电、地热能农业利用等综合开发利用实践,初步探索形成了古潜山热储裂缝识别、高效开发方案优化、古潜山丛式井群负压钻完井技术、全封闭全回灌取热不取水技术、地热发电、油气热协同开发等优势技术,为地热资源开发利用提供了技术支持;③国家和中石油相继出台的有利政策加上该区对清洁能源的巨大需求量,为该区地热资源开发利用提供了政策引领。结论认为,雄安新区及其周边城市对清洁能源需求强烈,地热资源规模开发面临前所未有的重大机遇;该区地热产业快速规模化发展应遵循“供暖为主、发电为辅、油区优先、综合利用”的原则。 There are a variety of buried hills in the Xiong'an New Area and its periphery,so its geothermal resource potential is richly endowed by nature with 378.3×10^(9) GJ geothermal resources above the burial depth of 4000 m.After systematically analyzing the characteristics of the geothermal resources in the buried hills of this area,this paper studied their development and utilization prospect based on the development and utilization status of geothermal resources and the advantaged technologies,combined with relevant national policies.And the following research results were obtained.First,the buried hills in the Xiong'an New Area and its periphery are distributed concentratedly,and their geothermal reservoirs have good physical properties and high temperature.There are abundant geothermal water resources,and the geothermal water resources and producible geothermal water resources in the main buried hills are 526×10^(8) m^(3) and 366.1×10^(8) m^(3),respectively.Second,the comprehensive geothermal development and utilization practice of gathering heat tracing,civil heating,geothermal power generation and agricultural utilization has been fulfilled successively in this area.And a series of advantaged technologies have been preliminarily explored and formed to provide technical support for the development and utilization of geothermal resources,such as identification of fractures in buried-hill geothermal reservoirs,optimization of efficient development scheme,negative-pressure drilling and completion technology of multiwell cluster in buried hills,totally closed and reinjected geothermal production without water technology,geothermal power generation and oil-gas-geotherm collaborative development.Third,China and PetroChina issue favorable policies successively,and the demand of clean energy in this area is immense,which provides policy guidance for the development and utilization of geothermal resources in this area.In conclusion,the great demand of clean energy in the Xiong'an New Area and its periphery brings unprecedented opportunity to the large-scale development of geothermal resources.Furthermore,the largescale fast development of geothermal industry in this area shall follow the principles of"primarily heating,secondarily power generation,priority to oil regions and comprehensive utilization",so as to realize the large-scale scientific development of geothermal resources.
