摘要
为考察贮存期间盒装卷烟含水率的影响因素,对比了负压抽气法与充气法对密封度检测结果的影响,建立了基于烟包质量变化的烟丝含水率计算模型,研究了贮存时间、贮存温度、相对湿度及密封度对烟包内烟丝含水率的影响规律。结果表明:①负压抽气法与充气法的检测结果均能够表征烟包的密封性能,两种方法检测结果的R2=0.8873。300个样品中不同烟包间的密封度存在较大波动,变异系数为68.78%。②在温度40℃、相对湿度82.32%环境中贮存15 d后,烟包内烟丝含水率随密封度的减小而显著增加,其关系符合幂函数模型,R^(2)=0.9779。外界水分主要通过透明纸自身微孔和搭口处缝隙两种途径进入烟包,密封度理论临界值为0.73 kPa。③贮存期间,环境温度越高,烟丝含水率变化越快,烟包的临界相对湿度为60.13%,当环境相对湿度低于临界值时,烟丝水分散失,反之会吸潮。
In order to investigate the factors affecting the moisture content in cigarettes packed in packets during storage,the influences of pumping method and aeration method on the test results of pack tightness were compared,and a calculation model for the moisture content in cut filler was established based on the variation of packet weight.The influences of storage time,storage temperature,relative humidity and packet tightness on the moisture content in cut filler of packed cigarettes were studied.The results showed that:1)The test results of the pumping method and the aeration method could characterize the sealing property of cigarette packets and their determination coefficient was 0.8873.The tightness of different packets in 300 samples fluctuated greatly with the coefficient of variation of 68.78%.2)After storing for 15 days in an environment with temperature at 40℃ and relative humidity at 82.32%,the moisture content in the cut filler significantly increased with the decrease of the tightness,and their relationship was consistent with a power function model with a dermination coefficient of 0.9779.The external moisture entered into the packet mainly through the micropore and the seam of packet film,and the theoretical critical value of tightness was 0.73 kPa.3)During storage,the variation rate of moisture content in cut filler increased with the rise of ambient temperature.The critical relative humidity for cigarette packets was 60.13%,when the relative humidity of the environment was lower than that,the moisture in cut filler would be desorbed;while the moisture would be absorbed when the relative humidity was higher than that.
