摘要
目的探究针对性护理对过敏性紫癜患儿心理状态及并发症的影响。方法方便选择2017年3月—2020年7月间在该院进行治疗的85例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,常规护理用于对照组,针对性护理用于观察组,评估两组患儿护理前后的焦虑、抑郁心理状态和患儿家长对护理工作的满意程度,并记录两组患儿并发症发生情况,比较分析临床应用效果。结果观察组患儿护理前SAS、SDS评分分别是(52.53±1.59)分、(54.48±3.15)分,与对照组数据(52.45±1.64)分、(54.57±3.21)分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.228、0.130,P>0.05);护理后,观察组患儿SAS、SDS评分(49.46±0.67)分、(52.31±0.78)分显著较对照组(50.12±0.96)分、(53.02±1.21)分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.667、3.207,P<0.05);观察组患儿家长满意率88.10%高于对照组的69.77%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.276,P<0.05);观察组并发症情况为4.76%(2/42),显著较对照组20.93%(9/43)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.930,P<0.05)。结论针对过敏性紫癜患儿,临床给予针对性护理的效果非常显著,可有效改善患儿心理状态,缓解并发症问题,有助于患儿康复及促进医患关系和谐发展。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on the psychological state and complications of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods 85 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura who were treated in the hospital between March 2017 and July 2020 were convenient selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.Routine care was used for the control group.Targeted nursing was used in the observation group to evaluate the anxiety and depression mental state of the two groups of children before and after nursing,and the degree of satisfaction of the parents of the children with the nursing work,and record the occurrence of complications of the two groups of children,and compare and analyze the clinical application effects.Results The pre-care SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(52.53±1.59)points and(54.48±3.15)points,respectively.Compared with the control group data(52.45±1.64)points and(54.57±3.21)points,there was no statistically significant difference(t=0.228,0.130,P>0.05);after nursing,the observation group's SAS and SDS scores were(49.46±0.67)points and(52.31±0.78)points were significantly higher than those in the control group(50.12±0.96)points and(53.02±1.21)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.667,3.207,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of parents of children in the observation group was 88.10%,higher than that of the control group 69.77%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.276,P<0.05);The complication of the observation group was 4.76%(2/42),which was significantly lower than that of the control group 20.93%(9/43),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.930,P<0.05).Conclusion For children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura,the effect of clinical targeted care is significant,which can effectively improve the mental state of the children,alleviate complications,and help the children recover and promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
