摘要
目的探讨对冠心病心绞痛患者予以冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片联合治疗的效果。方法选择2018年3月—2019年2月该院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者66例,根据住院时间进行分组,各33例。对参照组实施单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,研究组实施冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片联合治疗。检验研究中治疗效果、不良反应以及心电图效果。结果研究组治疗效果为93.94%(31/33),参照组治疗效果为69.70%(23/33),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.518,P=0.011)。与研究组不良反应9.09%(3/33)相比较,参照组不良反应33.33%(11/33)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.802,P=0.016)。与研究组心电图效果96.97%(32/33)相比较,参照组心电图效果72.73%(24/33)较低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者予以冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片联合治疗,患者心电图指标逐渐趋于正常,治疗安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxin Shutong capsule combined with isosorbide mononitrate tablets in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods From March 2018 to February 2019,66 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the length of hospitalization,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets,and the study group was treated with Guanxinshutong capsules combined with isosorbide mononitrate tablets.Checked the treatment effects,adverse reactions and electrocardiogram effects in the study.Results The treatment effect of the study group was 93.94%(31/33),and the treatment effect of the reference group was 69.70%(23/33),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.518,P=0.011).Compared with the study group's adverse reaction of 9.09%(3/33),the reference group's adverse reaction of 33.33%(11/33)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.802,P=0.016).Compared with the ECG effect of the study group 96.97%(32/33),the ECG effect of the reference group 72.73%(24/33)was lower,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guanxinshutong capsule combined with isosorbide mononitrate tablets is given to patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.The ECG indicators of the patients gradually become normal,and the treatment is safer.
