摘要
科创中心的建设具有战略意义,科创中心的规划设计由此也被赋予重要使命。规划的第一步工作就是对区域地块进行分析,在地块分析之前应当充分了解科创中心建设的需求,包括推进科技成果转移转化、以市场需求为导向实现供需对接等需求。在进行地块分析时,采用4个步骤:具备科创研发与科技转化规划设计条件分析;已有或规划交通条件分析;原有建筑与待建条件分析;形成绿化环境条件分析。通过地块分析,并在规划中对原有功能进行充分融合利用,使得所规划的景观构建达到合理布局,打造高品质的科创园区。
The construction of science and technology innovation center is of strategic significance,and the planning and design of science and technology center is also given an important mission.The first step of the planning is to analyze the regional plot.Before analyzing the plot,we should fully understand the needs of the construction of the science and technology center,including promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and realizing the connect of supply and demand based on market.There are four steps in the analysis of the plot.The first,the analysis of the planning and design conditions of scientific and technological innovation research and technology transformation.The second,the analysis of the existing or planned traffic conditions.The third,the analysis of the original buildings and the conditions to be built.The fourth,the analysis of the green environment conditions.Through the analysis of the plot and the full integration and utilization of the original functions in the planning,the reasonable layout of the planned landscape can be realized,and the high-quality science and technology park can be built.
