摘要
当前形势下,煤炭作为我国的基础能源在未来很长一段时间不会改变,随着我国科技的快速发展,煤炭资源开采新技术、新设备更新换代日新月异,但我国从事煤炭开采的从业人员学历较低、素质较差,严重制约了我国煤炭资源高效、安全开采,对采矿工程高层次人才的需求是迫切的。巷道围岩控制是煤炭开采的前提,对巷道围岩控制方面的人才培养是煤炭资源高效开采的关键因素之一。文章针对煤炭开采中对采矿工程本科教学巷道围岩控制课程设置问题,分析了采矿工程本科专业井巷工程和矿山压力与岩层控制两门核心专业课程的缺陷,提出了开设煤矿巷道矿压理论及控制技术课程的重要性和必要性,并就课程建设的目标与内容进行了系统的探讨,为我国煤炭资源高效开采提供了人才培养方面的一些借鉴。
Under the current circumstances,coal as the basis of our country energy for a long time will not change in the future,with the rapid development of science and technology in our country,the coal resources mining new technology,new equipment upgrading with each passing day,but our country engaged in coal mining workers degree is low,the quality is poor,severely restricted the our country coal resources,efficient,safe,The demand for high-level talents in mining engineering is urgent.The control of roadway surrounding rock is the premise of coal mining,and the talent training of roadway surrounding rock control is one of the key factors of efficient coal mining.Paper aiming at the mining engineering in coal mining roadway surrounding rock control of undergraduate course teaching curriculum,analyzes the mining engineering undergraduate mine engineering and mining pressure and strata control two core professional courses,puts forward the open coal mine roadway mine pressure theory and control technology of the importance and necessity,At the same time,the objective and content of curriculum construction are systematically discussed,which provides some references for talents training in the efficient mining of coal resources in China.
