摘要
目的评价针灸治疗前列腺癌术后尿失禁随机对照试验的文献报告质量。方法系统检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)、Cochrane图书馆(Cochrane Library)、PubMed、EMbase中针灸治疗前列腺癌术后尿失禁的随机对照试验,检索时间范围是建库至2021年6月。基于国际公认的CONSORT 2010版拓展声明评价文献的报告质量。结果共纳入9篇随机对照试验,CONSORT声明中报告率为0%的条目共18条,如文题能识别是随机对照试验、样本量、随机方法的类型、分配隐藏、盲法、试验注册等条目;报告率低于20%的条目共2条,如各组脱落或被剔除的例数、危害。结论目前针灸治疗前列腺癌术后尿失禁随机对照试验的文献报告质量普遍偏低,今后研究者应严格按照CONSORT声明对针灸治疗前列腺癌术后尿失禁的随机对照临床试验进行方案的设计、临床试验的注册、临床研究的实施、研究结果的报告和质量评价。
Objective To evaluate the reporting quality of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of acupuncture for urinary incontinence after prostate cancer surgery.Methods The RCTs of acupuncture for urinary incontinence after prostate cancer surgery were systematically retrieved from the CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,EMbase databases from the date of establishment to June,2021.The reporting quality of RCT was evaluated based on the internationally-recognized Consolidated Standards for Reporting of Trials(CONSORT)statement.Results A total of 9 RCTs were included.According to the CONSORT statement,18 items had a reporting rate of 0%,including identification as a randomized trial in the title,type of randomization,sample size,allocation concealment,blind method,trial registry,etc,and 2 items had a reporting rate below 20%,including the cases of dropping out or being excluded after randomization,and the harms.Conclusion At present,the reporting quality of RCTs of acupuncture for urinary incontinence after prostate cancer surgery is generally low.In the future,researchers should strictly follow the CONSORT statement for the design of RCT,registration and implementation of clinical trials,report of research results,and quality evaluation.
