摘要
目的观察重组人血管内皮抑素联合顺铂化疗治疗恶性黑色素瘤的临床疗效。方法2018年6月—2020年6月期间随机选取该院诊治的恶性黑色素瘤患者60例开展研究,随机分组,每组30例,对照组采用顺铂化疗治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采取重组人血管内皮抑素进行治疗,将两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组治疗有效率为83.33%,高于对照组60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.022,P=0.045);治疗后,对照组和观察组微血管密度(MVD)计数分别为(59.32±12.42)、(50.21±11.31),差异有统计学意义(t=2.970,P=0.004);治疗后,对照组和观察组内皮生长因子(VEGF)计数分别为(112.35±44.54)、(80.24±43.31),差异有统计学意义(t=2.831,P=0.006);观察组各项功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对恶性黑色素瘤患者采用重组人血管内皮抑素+顺铂化疗治疗,效果确切,有助于改善患者的病情,实现对疾病的控制,对于改善患者生活质量,促进患者康复具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of recombinant human endostatin combined with cisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant melanoma.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,60 patients with malignant melanoma diagnosed and treated in this hospital were randomly selected for research,and they were randomly divided into 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cisplatin chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with reorganization on the basis of the control group.Human angiostatin was used for treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than that 60.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.022,P=0.045);after treatment,the microvessel density(MVD)counts in the control group and observation group were(59.32±12.42)and(50.21±11.31),the difference was statistically significant(t=2.970,P=0.004);after treatment,the endothelial growth factor(VEGF)counts in the control group and observation group were(112.35±44.54)and(80.24±43.31),respectively,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.831,P=0.006);the scores of various functions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human endostatin+cisplatin chemotherapy for patients with malignant melanoma has a definite effect.It is helpful to improve the patient's condition and achieve disease control.It is of great significance for improving the quality of life of the patient and promoting the recovery of the patient.
