摘要
以公立医院党支部工作方式、党员工作需求作为主要研究方向,重点研究如何运用现代化信息和智慧手段推动智慧党建工作向医院基层党支部延伸。通过文献研究、问卷调查,将党支部目前工作中存有的问题进行整理分析,并以此为出发点探索“互联网+”党建新模式。医院以“党务工作全覆盖、发展党员全纪实、党员信息全管理、在线学习全记录、活动开展全落实”为目标开发支部云平台,有效解决后疫情时代党支部工作空间和时间受限问题,取得明显成效。
Taking the working methods of Party branches and the work demands of Party members in public hospitals as the main research objects,this research focuses on how to use modern information and intelligent means to promote the intelligent party building work to extend to the grass-roots party branches in hospitals.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,the problems existing in the current work situation of the Party branch are sorted out and analyzed.Taking the demands of Party branches and Party members as the starting point,the first branch cloud platform of Shanghai Grade Ⅲ hospitals was developed and constructed in our hospital for the five points of "full coverage of party affairs;full documentary development of Party members;full information management of Party members;full online learning records;and full implementation of activities",so as to effectively solve the offline work problems of Party branches under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.At the same time,it also provides a useful reference for the party organizations at all levels to promote the standardization,standardization and scientific development of Party building work.
