摘要
为了更好地满足企业对人才的要求、真正达到校企共建互联的发展目标,文章针对高职服装设计专业人才培养存在的问题,提出校企合作背景下高职服装设计专业人才培养模式建设对策,为高职服装设计专业人才发展提供方向。
In order to meet the demand for talents in enterprises and reach the goals of interconnected development between school and enterprise,the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasure for the talents cultivation mode for fashion design major in higher vocational colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,in order to provides a direction for its development,in accordance with the ex⁃isting problems in it.
