摘要
橡胶关节是机车车辆弹性元件中的一大类,应用范围广,大多用在杆类零件两端,起到弹性连接的作用,因为具有多自由度方向上的弹性性能且轴径刚度比,比较难确定.传统方式只有通过经验和实验数据不断调整结构,开发周期慢成本高,利用FEA分析软件对该类产品进行结构分析,并将分析结果和试验数据进行比较,验证了有限元分析的可行性及正确性.
Rubber joints are a large category of elastic components in locomotives and vehicles,with a wide range of applications.Most of them are used in both ends of rod parts to play the role of elastic connection.It is difficult to determine them because of their elastic performance in the direction of multiple degrees of freedom and the axial diameter stiffness ratio.In the traditional way,the structure is constantly adjusted through experience and experimental data,with slow development cycle and high cost.Herein,FEA analysis software was used to analyze the structure of this kind of products,and the analysis results were compared with the experimental data,verifying the feasibility and correctness of the finite element analysis.
