摘要
建立以"功效(药效/毒性)评价"为核心的新型中药质量控制模式对于控制中药质量,尤其是保证中药临床安全性和有效性具有重大的现实意义。基于此,本文以我国传统补肾助阳药、同时也是药食两用的覆盆子为例,通过分析其所含化学成分与药理药效间的关系,以预测覆盆子的质量标志物,从而为建立覆盆子的质量标准提供科学依据。
It is of great practical significance to establish a new quality control model of traditional Chinese medicine with the core of"efficacy(efficacy/toxicity)evaluation"for controlling the quality of traditional Chinese medicine,especially for ensuring the clinical safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper takes the traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and promoting Yang as an example,which is also used as medicine and food.Through the analysis of the relationship between the chemical components and the pharmacological effect,it can predict the quality markers of Rubus chingii Hu,to provide the evidences for the establishment of quality standards of Rubus chingii Hu.
