摘要
本文基于2019年对新疆呼图壁县入户调研问卷调查结果,分析实施草原生态保护补助奖励政策实施效果及其影响。调查结果表明,新一轮草原生态奖励补助政策实施后,草地生态环境得到改善,牧民生活水平得到提高,牧民对奖补政策实施满意度较高,但在全面推行草原禁牧和草畜平衡制度时,仍需要做好宣传引导工作,研究结果可为补充和完善草原奖补政策的进一步实施提供依据。
In this paper,the effects and influence of implementing the subsidy and reward policy for grassland ecological conservation were analyzed on the basis of the results of household survey in Hutubi county of Xinjiang in 2019.The results showed that,after the policy implementation,the grassland ecological environment had been improved,the herdsmen's living standards had been enhanced,and the herdsmen were highly satisfied with the implementation of the policy.Therefore,it was still necessary to do a good job in publicity and guidance during the full implementation of the grassland grazing prohibition and grass livestock balance system.The research results can provide a basis for supplementing and improving the further implementation of the grassland reward and subsidy policy.
