弓形折流板换热器壳程流体流动过程模拟及结构优化 被引量:6

Numerical Simulation of Fluid Flowing Process in Shell-side in Heat Exchanger with Bow-shaped Baffle and Structural Optimization

摘要 折流板的结构参数是决定换热器性能的重要指标。采用传统弓形折流板,对折流板不同板距和不同缺口高度条件下换热器壳程流体的流动过程进行数值模拟。研究了换热器壳程流体的流动行为,全面分析了折流板结构参数对壳程流体流动、停留时间分布及压降的影响;综合考虑设备的能耗和性能,提出了折流板结构参数的合理取值范围,为工业上弓形折流板换热器的结构设计提供参考依据。 The structural parameters for baffle are important indexes to determine the performance of heat exchanger.Based on traditional bow-shaped baffle,numerical simulation was performed to study the flow process under different baffle spacing and baffle cut.The simulation was focused on the shell-side fluid flow behavior.The influences of changed structural parameters on fluid flow,residence time distribution and pressure drop were comprehensively analyzed.Appropriate ranges of baffle structural parameters were proposed,which can be referenced for structure design of heat exchanger with bow-shaped baffle.
