摘要
对于事业单位来说,档案管理工作不容忽略,这一工作的实践性和应用性比较强,对后期的信息模式以及查找有非常关键的作用。如果直接无视这一工作,就会导致后期的管理工作被受阻碍同时杂乱无序,有的重要信息可能直接被遗漏。因此,事业单位管理层需要意识到这些工作的重要性和必要性,以推进信息化建设为基础及前提,灵活利用各种现代化的管理技术和手段,不断提升管理质量和效率,确保各种管理工作的有效落实全面改革。本文站在宏观的角度,立足于事业单位档案管理工作的现实条件,深入分析信息化建设过程中所存在的各类问题。针对问题出现的原因提出相应的解决对策,以期为推进事业单位稳定建设及发展提供相应的参考。
For public institutions,archives management work can not be ignored,this work of practicality and application is relatively strong,the late information mode and search has a very key role.If this work is ignored directly,the later management work will be hindered and disorganized,and some important information may be directly missed.Therefore,the management of public institutions should be aware of the importance and necessity of these work,based on the promotion ofinformation construction and on the premise,flexibly use a variety of modern management technology and means,constantly improve the quality and efficiency of management,and ensure the effective implementation of various management work and comprehensive reform.In this paper,from a macro perspective,based on the practical conditions of archives management in public institutions,in-depth analysis of the various problems existing in the process ofinformation construction.In view of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions in order to provide reference for promoting the stable construction and development of public institutions.
