摘要
系统性红斑狼疮是一种可累及多脏器、多系统、临床表现复杂多样的自身免疫性疾病。既往研究表明阴虚是系统性红斑狼疮发病及病情进展的重要病因病机,与此同时近年来从阴虚论治系统性红斑狼疮的临床和实验研究的客观结果表明滋阴法结合清热、补肾、益气、活血等不同治则治疗系统性红斑狼疮不仅疗效确切还有利于激素的撤减和减轻激素引起的毒副作用。现综述近年从阴虚论治系统性红斑狼疮的研究进展,望为进一步提高辨治系统性红斑狼疮的疗效提供参考。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease that can involve multiple organs,multiple systems and complicated clinical manifestations. Studies have found that Yin deficiency syndrome is an important etiology and pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus. At the same time,the objective results of clinical and experimental studies on the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus from Yin deficiency in recent years show that nourishing Yin method combined with heat clearing,kidney tonifying,Qi supplementing and blood activating therapy not only has definite curative effect on SLE,but also is beneficial to the withdrawal of hormone and the reduction of hormone toxic and side effects. This article reviews the research progress of treating systemic lupus erythematosus from Yin deficiency in recent years,hoping to provide reference for further improving the curative effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.
