摘要
根据独立轮对设计需求,设计了一种整体锻造式轴桥,同时在满足锻造工艺要求的基础上,利用有限元软件进行了校核和优化。针对其进行的模拟加载试验表明,该轴桥完全满足车辆运行所需的强度要求,且具有良好的安全性和较高的可靠性。
According to the design requirements of independent wheels, an integral forged axle bridge is designed and optimized on the basis of meeting the requirements of finite element software. The simulated load tests showed that the axle bridge fully met the strength requirements required for vehicle operation and has good safety and high reliability.
