摘要
实验了ICP-AES法测定精炼预熔渣中硼的测定方法。样品以硝酸、氢氟酸在甘露醇保护条件下低温加热分解,在波长182.641nm、182.591 nm、249.733 nm处测量光谱强度,以硼标准溶液绘制工作曲线。实验结果表明,在本文实验条件下,样品中硼的回收率达到98%~99%,测定结果的精密度RSD<10%,方法检出限达到2×10^(-6),测试结果令人满意。
The determination method of boron in refining premelted slag by ICP-AES was tested.The sample was decomposed by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid under mannitol protection at low temperature.The spectral intensity was measured at the wavelength of 182.641 nm,182.591 nm,249.733 nm,and the working curve was drawn with boron standard solution.The experimental results showed that under the experimental conditions,the recovery rate of boron in the sample reached 98%〜99%,the RSD of the determination result was less than 10%,the detection limit of the method reached 2×10^(-6),and the results were satisfactory.
