摘要 涟钢焦化厂粗苯工段自投产以来一直采用常压蒸馏脱苯技术。受管式炉能力的制约,部分生产控制参数不能达到工艺标准要求。通过对粗苯工段进行负压蒸馏脱苯技术及富油换热工艺流程优化改造,系统蒸汽用量减少30%以上,粗苯产率提高0.2 kg/t焦,生产运行稳定,整体工况大幅改善。 Lianyuan Coking Plant has been adopting atmospheric distillation process for benzol removal since it was put into operation.Due to the limited capacity of tube furnace,some process parameters cannot meet the requirement of the production.Through optimization for benzol distillation under negative pressure and for heat exchanging with rich oil in crude benzol unit,the general working conditions can be obviously improved,such as steam consumption is cut by 30%plus,crude benzol yield is increased by 0.2 kg/t·coke and the system is in stable operation.
