摘要
国家级新区是承担国家重大改革战略任务的综合性功能区。目前国内对国家级新区的研究呈现出滞后于实务界发展的特征,主要集中于功能定位、发展困境及相应的改革措施等领域。在“十四五”规划出台之际,国新区作为区域战略的主要平台,如何使学术研究更好地契合于实践发展是亟需解决的问题。在学理性研究的范畴下,理清国新区的概念并进行综合性研究需要进一步深入研究的领域。
The national new district is a comprehensive functional area that undertakes the strategic task of national major reform.At present,the domestic research on the national new district lags behind the development of the practical field,mainly focusing on the functional orientation,development difficulties and corresponding reform measures.At the time of the 14th five-year plan,as the main platform of regional strategy,how to make the academic research fit in with the practice development is an urgent problem to be solved.Under the scope of academic rationality research,clarify the concept of the national new district and carry out comprehensive research in the areas that need further in-depth study.
