摘要
为探究沿柔模混凝土墙掘巷无煤柱开采技术的应用效果,以山东宏阳煤矿12102工作面轨道顺槽为工程背景,设计了沿墙掘巷施工工艺及巷道支护参数,并对支护参数进行了校验,在巷道中设置和安装围岩移近量测点及锚索阻力测点。观测结果表明,采用沿柔模混凝土墙掘巷无煤柱开采技术,巷道总体变形小,锚索工作阻力基本稳定。
In order to explore the application effect of no coal pillar mining technology in roadway driving along flexible formwork concrete wall,taking the 12102 working face of Shandong Hongyang Coal Mine as the engineering background,the construction technology and roadway support parameters of roadway driving along the wall are designed,and the support parameters are verified.The surrounding rock approaching measurement points and anchor cable resistance measurement points are set and installed in the roadway.The observation results show that the overall deformation of the roadway is small and the working resistance of the anchor cable is basically stable.
