水力冲孔卸压增透技术在高瓦斯矿井中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 为解决鑫源煤矿3~#煤高瓦斯、低透气性和抽采效果差等难题,在2301工作面回风顺槽进行水力冲孔卸压增透试验。基于水力冲孔卸压增透原理和2301工作面实际情况,设计了钻孔布置参数。现场试验结果表明:水力冲孔钻孔孔径扩大约5~8倍,平均单孔抽采流量增大约3.5倍,平均单孔抽采浓度提高约3.3倍,为3~#煤瓦斯治理措施的制定提供了参数依据。 In order to solve the problems of high gas,low permeability and poor drainage effect of 3#coal seam in Xinyuan Coal Mine,hydraulic punching pressure relief and permeability enhancement test was carried out in the return air chute of 2301 working face.Based on the principle of hydraulic pressure relief and permeability enhancement and the actual situation of 2301 working face,the drilling layout parameters are designed.The field test results show that the diameter of the hydraulic flushing hole is expanded by about 5-8 times,the average single hole drainage flow is increased by about 3.5 times,and the average single hole drainage concentration is increased by about 3.3 times,which provides a parameter basis for the formulation of 3#coal gas control measures.
