摘要
竞技体育后备人才的培养一直是国内外重点关注的问题,后备人才的培养一定程度上代表了国家队后期的竞技体育实力,日本足球的快速发展使其一跃成为亚洲足球强国。本文作者以日本足球后备人才的培养为研究对象,运用文献资料法,专家访谈法等,介绍了日本足球的发展理念,探析其培养系统,分析了日本世界杯和亚洲杯球员培养路径,进一步从校园足球联赛体系和国内职业联赛体系进行研究,同时,对比我国足球后备人才培养现状,并提出建议:1)快速更新培养理念2)构建教体深度融合的人才培养路径3)建立完善的青少年足球竞赛体系。
The cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports has always been a key concern at home and abroad.The cultivation of reserve talents to a certain extent represents the later competitive sports strength of the national team.The rapid development of Japanese football has made it a strong Asian football country.The author of this paper takes the training of Japanese football reserve talents as the research object,uses literature methods,expert interviews,etc.,to introduce the development concept of Japanese football,analyze its training system,analyze the training path of Japanese World Cup and Asian Cup players,and makes further study on campus football league system and domestic professional league system.At the same time,it compares the current situation of China’s football reserve talent training,and makes the following suggestions:1)Quickly update the training concept;2)Build a talent training path with deep integration of education and sports;3)Establish a sound youth football competition system.
