摘要
目的:分析在老年眼袋整形术中应用四步法眼袋整形术的效果及安全性。方法:2018年10月-2020年10月收治老年眼部整形患者367例,随机分为两组。对照组实施下睑皮肤入路法治疗;观察组实施四步法眼袋整形术治疗。比较两组整形效果、眼部并发症率及治疗满意度。结果:观察组整形治疗总有效率及整形治疗满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眼部并发症率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与下睑皮肤入路法相比,四步法眼袋整形术用于老年眼部整形治疗中的效果及满意度更加突出,同时在预防和降低术后并发症方面具有重要意义。
Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of four-step pouch plastic surgery in the elderly.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2020,367 cases of elderly patients with eye plastic surgery were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with lower eyelid skin approach.The observation group performed four-step pouch plastic surgery.The plastic effect,incidence of complications and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of plastic surgery and the satisfaction of plastic surgery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the lower eyelid skin approach,the effect and satisfaction of four-step pouch plastic surgery in the elderly people with eye plastic therapy are more prominent,which is of great significance in preventing and reducing postoperative complications.
