摘要 建立了40.5%2甲·草甘膦异丙胺盐可溶液剂有效成分的分析方法。采用液相色谱法测定2甲4氯的含量,分光光度法测定草甘膦的含量,以及离子色谱法测定异丙胺离子的含量。试验结果表明,2甲4氯的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.0055,变异系数为0.11%,平均回收率为99.86%;草甘膦的线性相关系数为1.0000,标准偏差为0.0012,变异系数为0.49%,平均回收率为99.88%;异丙胺离子的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.0004,变异系数为0.29%,平均回收率为99.85%。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可用于对40.5%2甲·草甘膦异丙胺盐可溶液剂中有效成分的分析。 The analytical methods for the determination of the active ingredient content in MCPA·glyphosate isopropylamine 40.5%SL was established.The determination of MCPA in the samples was conducted with HPLC,the glyphosate with ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the isopropylamine with ion chromatography.The results showed that the liner correlation coefficient of MCPA was 0.9998,the standard deviation was 0.0055,the variation coefficients was 0.11%,and average recovery was 99.86%,respectively.The liner correlation coefficient of glyphosate was 1.0000,the standard deviation was 0.0012,the variation coefficients was 0.49%,and average recovery was 99.88%,respectively.The liner correlation coefficient of isopropylamine was 0.9998,the standard deviation was 0.0004,the variation coefficient was 0.29%,and average recovery was 99.85%,respectively.The methods are simple,accurate,and sensitive,and can be adapted for the determination of active ingredient content in MCPA·glyphosate isopropylamine 40.5%SL.
