摘要
在“互联网+”研究热潮下,档案信息服务方式和服务意识都正在面临转型。目前,档案潜在用户规模庞大,是档案用户群体不可忽视的组成部分,也是重点转化对象。在此背景下,档案信息服务的开展迫切需要关注潜在用户并实现从潜在到现实的转化。通过档案潜在用户概念阐释及特点总结,并分析“互联网+”为档案潜在用户转化提供的机遇,得出了“互联网+”环境下渠道互通、开放生态、资源社群化三点转化机遇。最后,提出了平台共建、信息推送、资源数字化开发和远程专家咨询四个档案潜在用户转化策略,以期扩大档案工作社会参与度、提升档案服务质量和社会档案意识。
In today's"Internet Plus"research boom,the mode and consciousness of archival information service are facing transformation.At present,the scale of potential users of archives is huge,which can not be ignored as an important part of archives users,they are also the key transformation object.In this context,the development of archival information service urgently needs to pay attention to potential users and realize the transformation from potential to reality.Through explaining the concept of potential users of archives,summaring its characteristics,and analyzing the opportunities of"Internet Plus"for transforming potential users of archives,we have obtained three opportunities,which are channel connectivity,opening up ecology and resource aggregation.Finally,it puts forward four transformation strategies of potential users of archives,including platform co construction,information push,resource digital development and remote expert consultation,in order to expand the social participation of archives work,improve the quality of archives service and social archives awareness.
