摘要
当前我国地方高校越来越重视科研工作,但学术不端问题频发。造成学术不端的原因主要有地方高校名利驱动、部分教师及科研人员学术道德修养下滑、监督处理运行不畅、检测技术力不从心等。本文从政治、德治、法治、自治、智治五个角度提出相应对策,以期不断提升地方高校学术不端治理能力。
At present,local colleges and universities pay more and more attention to scientific research,but academic misconduct frequently occurs.The main reasons for academic misconduct are the drive of fame and wealth in local universities,the decline of academic ethics of some teachers and researchers,unsmooth supervision and management,and powerless detection technology.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from five angles of politics,rule by virtue,rule by law,autonomy and governance by wisdom in order to continuously improve the governance ability of academic misconduct in local universities.
