摘要
主要介绍了高炉热风炉获取高风温的四种燃烧技术:高热值煤气富化燃烧技术、助燃空气富氧燃烧技术、增设前置燃烧炉双预热技术、增设预热炉双预热技术。同时概述了各种燃烧技术的优缺点,指出了各技术适用条件。
This paper mainly introduces four kinds of combustion techniques of blast furnace hot blast furnace to obtain high air temperature: high heat value gas enrichment combustion technology,combustion air oxygen enrichment combustion technology,adding pre-combustion furnace double preheating technology,adding preheating furnace double preheating technology.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of various combustion technologies are summarized,and the applicable conditions of each technology are pointed out.
