摘要
目的探讨线上线下(慕课+翻转课堂)混合式“金课”教学模式在妇产科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月—2020年1月中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科实习的临床医学专业大四学生共65人,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组32人,试验组33人,分别采用线上线下(慕课+翻转课堂)混合式“金课”辅助教学与传统教学方法;课程结束后,通过基础理论知识考试、临床病例分析(查体、问诊、病历书写等)、临床基本技能操作以及学生对课堂满意度调查问卷对教学效果进行综合评估。结果对照组与试验组在基础知识考试成绩方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组临床病例分析(病例查体、问诊、病历书写等)、临床基本技能操作考试成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生对教学效果的满意度高于对照组。结论线上线下(慕课+翻转课堂)混合式“金课”教学模式在妇产科临床实习中获得良好的教学效果,受到学生的欢迎,可应用于妇产科临床实习教学。
Objective To investigate the effect of application of online and offline(MOOC+flipped classroom)blended"golden course"teaching mode in the clinical practice teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 65 senior students from clinical medicine major in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected and divided randomly into the experimental group and the control group,with 32 students in the experimental group and 33 in the control group.Online and offline(MOOC+flipped classroom)blended"golden course"assisted teaching and traditional teaching mode were adopted in the two groups respectively.After the class,teaching effect was comprehensively evaluated through basic theoretical knowledge exam,analysis of clinical cases(physical examination,inquiry,writing medical record),operation of basic clinical skills as well as questionnaire survey of students'satisfaction degree of the class.Results In the scores of the basic theoretical knowledge,the two groups had no differences(P>0.05).As for the scores of analysis of clinical cases(physical examination,inquiry,writing medical record)and operation of basic clinical skills,the experimental group performed better than the control group,and their difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Students in the experimental group showed higher satsfaction to the teaching effect than the control group.Conclusions Online and offline(MOOC+flipped classroom)blended"golden course"teaching mode has achieved good teaching effect in the cli-nical practice teaching in obstetrics and gynecology,and is welcomed by students.It can be applied in the clinical practice teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.
