摘要
目的观察益气活血法(中药益气活血方+益气安神药枕方)治疗2~3级气虚血瘀型高血压患者临床疗效。方法将2018年9月—2020年8月医院180例患者随机分为3组,各60例。对照组采用常规西药,治疗组Ⅰ采用常规西药+中药益气活血方;治疗组Ⅱ采用在治疗组Ⅰ基础上加用益气安神药枕方。观察规范治疗12周后患者清晨血压水平、血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值(urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio,ACR)及中医症候疗效变化情况。结果降压疗效、中医症候积分方面,治疗组Ⅰ均优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组Ⅱ降Hcy、ACR浓度均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论运用益气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型高血压患者,能使血压更趋平稳,有助于降低ACR、Hcy浓度,同时不同程度改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of replenishing qi and activating blood(Chinese medicine for replenishing Qi and activating blood formula+replenishing Qi and tranquilizing medicine pillow formula)in the treatment of 2 to 3 grade Qi deficiency and blood stasis hypertension patients.Methods From September 2018 to August 2020,180 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was used conventional western medicine,the treatment groupⅠwas used conventional western medicine+traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue method;the treatment groupⅡin addition to treatment groupⅠ,was used plus Yiqi Huoxue method and Yiqi Huoxue method pillow prescription.After 12 weeks of standard treatment,the patient’s morning blood pressure level,plasma homocysteine(Hcy),urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio(ACR)and changes in the curative effect of TCM symptoms were observed.Results In terms of the curative effect of early morning blood pressure control and TCM symptom curative effect,the treatment groupⅠwas better than the control group,P<0.05.The concentration of Hcy and ACR in the treatment groupⅡwere better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis hypertension patients with Yiqi Huoxue method can make blood pressure more stable,help reduce the concentration of ACR and Hcy,and improve clinical symptoms to varying degrees.
