摘要
大倾角走向长壁综放工作面开采时,可能会出现设备稳定性差、顶煤沉降率大、支护效果差等问题;通过建立支架倾覆和支架滑移的支架力学模型,分析探讨大倾角对支架稳定性的影响;提出控制支护稳定性的技术措施;对比分析综采工作面的顶煤沉降率;未出现大规模的滑移、倾覆和支架挤断等问题,应用效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of unstable equipment,large top coal settlement rate and bad support effect in mining at large-inclined-angle long wall fully-mechanized caving face,the author proposes the technical measures of controlling the support stability by establishing the mechanical model of support overturning and sliding and analyzing the influence of large inclined angle on support stability,which has been proved effective without large-scale sliding,overturning and extrusion by comparative analysis of top coal settlement rate.
