摘要
目的探讨膀胱肿瘤电切患者护理中应用Orem自护理论的价值。方法将我院收集2020年2月至2021年2月的86例膀胱肿瘤电切患者,随机分组,常规护理组对膀胱肿瘤电切患者治疗过程采取常规护理方式,Orem自护理论护理组对膀胱肿瘤电切患者治疗过程采取Orem自护理论。比较两组满意度;膀胱肿瘤知识掌握度、膀胱肿瘤电切术后自我护理知识掌握度、住院时间;护理前后自我护理能力量表(ESCA量表)各项指标评分;电切术后并发症发生率。结果Orem自护理论护理组满意度高于常规护理组,P<0.05。Orem自护理论护理组自我护理能力量表(ESCA量表)各项指标评分高于常规护理组,P<0.05。Orem自护理论护理组膀胱肿瘤知识掌握度、膀胱肿瘤电切术后自我护理知识掌握度高于常规护理组,P<0.05。Orem自护理论护理组住院时间短于常规护理组,P<0.05。Orem自护理论护理组电切术后并发症发生率低于常规护理组,P<0.05。结论膀胱肿瘤电切患者实施Orem自护理论效果确切,可提高患者对疾病知识的认知,并了解电切术后的自我护理方法,更好提高自我护理能力,减少电切术后并发症和加速出院。
Objective To explore the value of Orem self-care theory in the nursing care of patients with bladder tumor undergoing resection.Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with bladder tumor who underwent resection from February 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group adopted the routine nursing method in the treatment process of patients with bladder tumor resection,and the Orem self-care theory nursing group adopted the Orem self-care theory in the treatment process of patients with bladder tumor resection.The satisfaction of the two groups,the knowledge mastery of bladder cancer,the knowledge mastery of self-care after resection of bladder cancer,the time of hospitalization,the scores of various indicators of the self-care ability scale(ESCA scale)before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications after resection were compared.Results The satisfaction of Orem self-care theory nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).The scores of each index of self-care ability scale(ESCA)in Orem self-care theory nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The mastery of bladder cancer knowledge and self-care knowledge after resection of bladder cancer in Orem self-care theory nursing group was higher than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of Orem self-care theory nursing group was shorter than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in Orem self-care theory group was lower than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Orem self-care theory in patients with bladder tumor resection is effective,which can improve patients'cognition of disease knowledge,understand self-care methods after resection,improve self-care ability,reduce complications after resection and accelerate discharge.
