摘要
目的评价PICC置管恶性肿瘤患者中应用精细化护理的效果,为恶性肿瘤PICC置管患者护理工作提供参考,以提高患者的安全性。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年4月收治治疗并行PICC置管的恶性肿瘤患者,总计80例。采取随机数字表法对患者进行分组,并对PICC置管的恶性肿瘤患者进行分组护理。对照组以及精细组PICC置管的恶性肿瘤患者分别采取常规护理、常规护理+精细化护理。对比对照组与精细组PICC置管恶性肿瘤患者的不良事件发生率、护理满意度、一次性置管成功率、舒适度以及导管留置时间。结果精细组PICC置管的恶性肿瘤患者不良事件少于对照组,护理满意度以及一次性置管成功率、舒适度评分均高于对照组,导管留置时间长于对照组,数据差异明显P<0.05。结论给予PICC置管恶性肿瘤患者常规护理的同时配合实施精细化护理干预可以提高患者的安全性、一次性置管成功率、延长置管时间、提高患者舒适度与满意度,其护理价值突出。
Objective To evaluate the effect of meticulous nursing on the patients with PICC catheterization,so as to provide reference for the nursing work of the patients with PICC catheterization,so as to improve the safety of the patients.Methods From January 2018 to April 2019,80 cases of malignant tumor with PICC catheterization were treated in our hospital.The patients with PICC were divided into groups,and the random number table method was used.The control group and the fine group were treated with routine nursing,routine nursing and fine nursing respectively.The incidence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction,success rate,comfort and indwelling time of PICC were compared between the control group and the fine group.Results The adverse events of PICC in the fine group were less than those in the control group,the scores of nursing satisfaction,success rate of onetime catheterization and comfort were higher than those of the control group,the retention time of catheter was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety,success rate,time,comfort and satisfaction of PICC patients can be improved by the combination of routine nursing and meticulous nursing intervention.
