钻爆法单线铁路隧道装配式仰拱结构形式研究 被引量:11

摘要 仰拱对隧道的长期稳定性和运营安全性有重要影响,已建铁路隧道的仰拱大多采用现浇的施工方式,近年来时有病害发生,给铁路运营带来很大的安全隐患。为提高仰拱施工质量,加快修建速度,改善施工环境,提出钻爆法单线铁路隧道装配式仰拱设计理念。从施工工艺、吊装运输、施工效率、施工环境等方面,对"装配式仰拱+现浇混凝土填充层分离结构、装配式仰拱+装配式混凝土填充层组合结构及装配式仰拱+混凝土填充层一体化结构" 3种结构形式进行综合论述分析,并采用荷载-结构模型对处于Ⅴ级围岩地层的一体化结构进行数值计算。研究结论:隧道轨下结构采用"装配式仰拱+混凝土填充层一体化结构"更适应于钻爆法施工的单线铁路隧道;装配式一体化结构的安全系数及裂缝均能满足规范要求。仰拱与混凝土填充层整体预制的设计理念为钻爆法单线铁路隧道的设计与施工提供新思路。 The inverted arch has an important impact on the long-term stability of the tunnel and the safety of operation.Most of the inverts of the built railway tunnels are cast-in-place.In recent years,defects have occurred from time to time,bringing great safety hazards to railway operations.In order to improve the quality of invert construction,speed up the construction,and improve the construction environment,this paper proposes the design concept of the prefabricated invert for the single-track railway tunnel with drilling and blasting method.From the aspects of construction technology,hoisting and transportation,construction efficiency,construction environment,etc,the"prefabricated invert+cast-in-place concrete filling layer separated structure form,prefabricated invert+prefabricated concrete filling layer combined structure and prefabricated invert+concrete filling layer integrated structure"are comprehensively discussed and analyzed,and the load-structure model is used to numerically calculate the integrated structure in the V-level surrounding rock formation.Research concludes that the under-rail structure of the tunnel adopts the"prefabricated inverted+concrete filling layer integrated structure",which is more suitable for single-track railway tunnels constructed by the drilling and blasting method;the safety factor and cracks of the prefabricated integrated structure can meet the specification requirements.The design concept of integral prefabrication of invert and concrete filling layer provides a new idea for the design and construction of single-track railway tunnels by drilling and blasting method.
