摘要
目的探讨抗阻运动联合压力与适应理论对老年2型糖尿病患者氧化应激与心理状态的影响。方法选取2019年3—9月医院收治的100例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者接受抗阻运动干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合压力与适应理论干预,比较两组患者的血糖水平、氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果干预3个月后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、MDA水平、SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗阻运动联合压力与适应理论应用于老年2型糖尿病患者,能降低患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,改善氧化应激指标,降低负性情绪,有利于疾病康复。
Objective To explore the eff ect of resistance exercise combined with stress and adaptation theory on the oxidative stress and psychological state in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in the hospital from March to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of basic feature matching between groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received resistance exercise intervention,the observation group,on the basis of the control group,was combined with stress and adaptation theory intervention,to compare the blood glucose level,oxidative stress indicators superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)level,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of 2 groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,MDA level,SDS score and SAS score in observation group were lower than the control group,SOD level was higher than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of resistance exercise combined with stress and adaptation theory in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes could reduce the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,improve the indexes of oxidative stress,reduce negative emotions and facilitate the disease recovery.
